3. Payment and Refunds

Payment for services must be made according to the terms agreed upon in the invoice or contract. Refunds are at the discretion of Humi Consulting LLC and will be considered only under exceptional circumstances. Partial refunds may apply depending on services already delivered.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and intellectual property created by Humi Consulting LLC, including training materials, courses, designs, and documentation, remain the property of Humi Consulting LLC. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for internal purposes only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

Humi Consulting LLC respects the confidentiality of client information. We will not disclose any confidential information without prior written consent, except as required by law. Clients are also expected to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary Humi Consulting LLC materials.

6. Liability

Humi Consulting LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Use of Online Services

When accessing our online learning platform, you agree not to share your login credentials, copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without permission. Humi Consulting LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Loudoun County, Virginia.
